New Admission Process
Click below for access to our admissions form and our information note. There are 60 places being offered to students for 1st Year 2026. Please join us in school on the 25th September for a tour of the school and an opportunity to hear from our Principal about our admissions process.
Admissions will be accepted from 9am Wednesday October 1st until 4pm on Wednesday October 21st.

EGS Open Evening

The staff of EGS are delighted to invite parents and students who are hoping to enrol in EGS for 1st Year September 2026 to explore our school and engage in a variety of activities, musical performances, sports, and sampling student work.
This is a self-guided tour but staff and students will be around to answer any questions you may have.

ERASMUS+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It offers grants to help with the cost of travel, accommodation and living costs in the hosting country. Léargas is the national agency for Erasmus+ in Ireland. They distribute Erasmus+ funds to schools.This year the French Department of EGS has secured funding to take two trips to France - a Senior Cycle and a Junior Cycle trip. Students will be hosted by host families and will participate in the school day as well as a range of extra curricular activities and excursions. Come along to Room 4 during the Open Evening on September 25th to hear all about this exciting programme.
