Minor Girls Hockey

A lot of teamwork and effort was put into this year's hockey. Our first match was an amazing draw as we were against a tough school - Loreto on the Green. We had high hopes for a good season but we soon realised that because we wereagainst strong A-Teams, from schools with more than one team, it was not going to go our way! Our embarrassing loss of 7-0 against Columba's made us seriously think about going back to school! Our great coaches Ms. Seymour and Mr. Murawski really helped us improve after that awful loss. We settled for smaller losses for the rest of theand our last match was a good score by our standards, only losing by 1-0! It was also great to have Josephine Delahoyde at all the matches there to give us goalie lessons. We're looking forward to a better season when we return!
